JSR Spectrum Solutions was established to serve Haitian Creole-speaking communities across Massachusetts, helping families, students, and organizations connect with confidence and clarity.
Founded by Jennifer Stern-Robbins, who brings a background in Human Services and the skills, compassion, and experience to work effectively with clients of every kind.
Every interpretation and translation is handled with accuracy, discretion, and genuine cultural understanding, carrying the tone and context that make communication truly land, so nothing important is lost in between.
Our team brings 3 years of experience in educational settings and 2 years of experience in legal settings, backed by DESE Tier 3 certification.
Please note: medical or legally certified interpretation is currently unavailable. Legal-setting support is offered on a non-certified basis, with certification in progress.
